Returns
We accept returns of unworn items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return, please email hello@sarahe.online with:
* Your order number
* Reason for return
* Clear photos (if applicable)

Return shipping:
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed faulty.
Refunds:
Once your item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Allow 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the transaction.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, quality, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
* Worn or used items
* Damaged items not related to manufacturing
* Items missing their original packaging or inserts
* Final-sale or customized products
* Pieces showing signs of wear, including:
    * scratches
    * plating abrasion
    * perfume, lotion, or water exposure

A Note About Mood Stone Sensitivity

SARAHÈ mood stones are delicate and highly responsive, designed to react to warmth, touch, and environment.
Because of their sensitivity, impact, friction, pressure, or exposure to water/chemicals can alter the stone’s appearance.
Please handle your piece gently — treat her with the same softness you’d wish for yourself.
Damage resulting from improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Craftsmanship Guarantee

Your jewelry is handmade with intention and care.
We offer a 30-day craftsmanship guarantee against manufacturing defects.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact hello@sarahe.online within 30 days of delivery with:
* Your order number
* Clear photos/videos of the issue

Not considered defects:

* Natural variations from hand-setting or hand-polishing
* Normal wear to plating over time
* Color changes due to warmth/touch (this is part of the mood-stone’s nature)
