Please allow 24–48 hours for processing (excluding weekends and public holidays).
A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Times
UAE: 1–3 business days
KSA: 2–5 business days (customs clearance may add time)

Tracking & Delivery

All orders are shipped with tracking.
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will re-attempt.
After multiple failed attempts, the parcel may return to us and re-shipping fees may apply.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes at launch.

Shipments to KSA may be subject to customs checks.
